Sec. 2155.074 - Best value standard for purchase of goods or services.

Sec. 2156.007 - Best value in contracts

Sec. 2157.003 - Best value for purchases of automated information systems

Sec. 2155.144 (c) & (d) - Best value for Health and Human Services procurements
